You do not have to pick one up front. We look at the operation, find where the time and the money are leaking, and say which of the five actually answers it — often starting with a single routine.

Working with us from abroad
Navega is based in Caraguatatuba, São Paulo, Brazil. The team has spent more than ten years inside real e-commerce operations — the kind where somebody still reconciles payouts in a spreadsheet on Sunday night. That is where the work comes from, not from a framework.
We work remotely, in English or Portuguese, on Brasília time (UTC−3), which overlaps the working day in the Americas and the morning in Europe. All work is quoted and agreed before it starts.
Navega is completing its company registration in Brazil, and until that is finished we cannot invoice or charge. That is why no page on this site has a pay button. Tell us about your operation and we will talk through scope; nothing is billed before there is an invoice to bill it with.
Talk to Navega
Tell us which task your team repeats. We will say whether the answer is automation, an integration, a dashboard, custom software or a website — and if the answer is none of those, we will say that too.
Frequently asked
Usually the one that is costing a person's day right now. If you are not sure, describe the routine and we will say which front it belongs to — including when the honest answer is that none of them is worth it yet.
Yes, and they often come together: an integration feeds a dashboard, an automation runs on top of both. We still scope them separately so you can stop after the first one if it is enough.
