Services · Automation & AI

The task that repeats every day stops being your team's job.

Workflows and agents that take in the information, query the systems, run the steps and call a person only when an exception shows up. Your team's day goes back to the work that needs a decision.

In short

What it is
Routine automation: workflows and AI agents built on top of the tools your company already uses.
Who it is for
Operations where somebody repeats the same task every day — checking orders, updating stock across channels, answering the same question, building Monday's report.
What it delivers
The flow takes in the information, queries the systems, runs the steps and calls a person only on an exception. How far the automation goes, and where it stops for approval, is decided with you.
What it is not
Not a robot that decides on its own with no rule, and not an AI of our own: it runs on the artificial intelligence and the systems you already have or buy. The point is to take repetitive work off people's hands, not to replace the people.

How we do it

You decide how far the automation goes.

Nothing runs unattended until your company says where the line is. We set the level of automation against the risk and the rule of each step: what the machine settles on its own, what needs one approval, and what always goes back to a person. When a case falls outside the pattern, the system flags it, somebody decides, and the flow carries on from there.

This is not about the size of your team. It is about the list of tasks nobody should be doing by hand.

Where it usually starts

Routines we take off people's hands.

First response

First reply, triage and routing to the right person.

Payout reconciliation

Matching payouts, fees and orders so the month closes without a manual spreadsheet.

Reporting

Building and sending the numbers on whatever cadence the decision needs.

Returns

Logging and following a return from the request to the refund.

Triage

Sorting orders, messages or tickets by rule before anybody looks at them.

Back-office routine

The repetitive registration, updating and checking that eats the day.

Honest limits

What we will not automate.

Good candidates

  • the task repeats, with a rule you can write down;
  • the data needed is already in a system or a file;
  • getting it wrong is visible and correctable;
  • somebody can name what a good outcome looks like.

Bad candidates

  • the rule changes every time and nobody can state it;
  • the decision carries money or legal risk with no review step;
  • the input is a conversation that only a person can read correctly;
  • it happens twice a year — a checklist is cheaper.

Working with us from abroad

We are a Brazilian team, and that is the point.

Navega is based in Caraguatatuba, São Paulo, Brazil. The team has spent more than ten years inside real e-commerce operations — the kind where somebody still reconciles payouts in a spreadsheet on Sunday night. That is where the work comes from, not from a framework.

We work remotely, in English or Portuguese, on Brasília time (UTC−3), which overlaps the working day in the Americas and the morning in Europe. All work is quoted and agreed before it starts.

One thing we will not hide

Navega is completing its company registration in Brazil, and until that is finished we cannot invoice or charge. That is why no page on this site has a pay button. Tell us about your operation and we will talk through scope; nothing is billed before there is an invoice to bill it with.

Talk to Navega

Is there a part of your operation that still depends on somebody pulling it together by hand?

Tell us which task your team repeats. We will say whether the answer is automation, an integration, a dashboard, custom software or a website — and if the answer is none of those, we will say that too.

We use your data only to answer this request, as described in our privacy policy (in Portuguese).

Frequently asked

What people ask before they get in touch.

Does the automation decide on its own?

Only as far as you authorise. The level of automation and the approval points are set in the project; anything outside the rule goes to a person.

Do I have to buy an AI or a server?

No. We build the flows on top of the artificial intelligence and the systems you already use or buy — we do not sell an AI of our own and we do not sell infrastructure.

Can marketplace customer service be automated?

Partly, with rules and an approval point: status and delivery-window questions can leave people's hands, while complaints and refunds stay with a person.
