Store · ready-made

One product on the shelf travels. We will tell you why the others do not.

Our ready-made shelf was built for Brazilian marketplaces and Brazilian fees. One item on it does not care which channel you sell on, because the numbers are yours — and that is the one we sell in English.

In short

What it is
The part of Navega's ready-made shelf that works outside Brazil: the margin report by email. You fill in a spreadsheet template with the period's sales and the real margin comes back as a written report.
Who it is for
Sellers who want the real margin for the period without opening a panel, remembering a password or giving anyone access to a system.
What it delivers
Revenue, net profit and real margin for the period; where every unit of money went; the margin channel by channel and product by product; and what to look at first.
What it is not
The sale is not open yet: the price is published but there is no pay button anywhere on this site, because the company registration is still in progress. The spreadsheet kit, the customer-service templates and the margin calculator stay in Portuguese: they carry Brazilian marketplace fees inside them.
In English

Margin report by email

You fill in a spreadsheet template with the period's sales. The real margin comes back written out — by channel and by product, with where every unit of money went.

  • no integration, no access to your systems;
  • the report is written in English;
  • delivered by a person at Navega, by email;
  • not an accounting or tax document.
US$ 19per month · or R$ 39,90 per month in Brazilian reais

Portuguese only

The spreadsheet kit, the service templates, the calculator

These three have Brazilian marketplaces and Brazilian fees built into them. Translating the labels would hand you a spreadsheet with the wrong channel's fees in it, which is worse than not selling it at all.

  • the pricing sheet carries a fee table per Brazilian channel;
  • half the service templates are written for WhatsApp;
  • the calculator computes with Brazilian marketplaces only.

An English edition means rebuilding them against the fee tables and the platform rules of the channels you actually sell on, every number with a source. That is new work, not a translation — tell us if you want it and we will say what it would take.

Before you ask

There is no pay button, and that is deliberate.

Navega is finishing its company registration in Brazil. Until that is done we cannot issue an invoice, so we will not take your money. The price is published because you deserve to know it before you give us an email address; the button puts you on the list and tells you the day the sale opens.

Working with us from abroad

We are a Brazilian team, and that is the point.

Navega is based in Caraguatatuba, São Paulo, Brazil. The team has spent more than ten years inside real e-commerce operations — the kind where somebody still reconciles payouts in a spreadsheet on Sunday night. That is where the work comes from, not from a framework.

We work remotely, in English or Portuguese, on Brasília time (UTC−3), which overlaps the working day in the Americas and the morning in Europe. All work is quoted and agreed before it starts.

One thing we will not hide

Navega is completing its company registration in Brazil, and until that is finished we cannot invoice or charge. That is why no page on this site has a pay button. Tell us about your operation and we will talk through scope; nothing is billed before there is an invoice to bill it with.

Frequently asked

What people ask before they get in touch.

Can I buy today?

Not yet. The price is decided and published, but charging only starts once the company registration is complete. Until then the button is "Notify me", which keeps your contact details and nothing else.

Why is only one product available in English?

Because only one of them does not depend on which marketplace you sell on. The others carry Brazilian channel fees and Brazilian platform rules inside them, and we would rather say so than sell you a spreadsheet with the wrong numbers.

Can I pay in dollars or euros?

In dollars, yes: the price for customers outside Brazil is US$ 19 per month. In Brazilian reais it is R$ 39,90 per month. There is no price in euros, and we will not invent one here.
